Title
Nano-Fabrication Of Space Varying Spectral Filters Based On Lattice Constant Variations
Abstract
This paper investigates the design and fabrication of space varying spectral filters. Short wave IR spectral filters are fabricated using a nano-patterned multilayered structure based on a lattice constant variation. Experimental results verify a peak transmission of greater than 75% with a spectral resolution of 2 nm. © 2007 Optical Society of America.
