Title
Correlation Between Intensity Fluctuations In A Stochastic Electromagnetic Beam And The Degree Of Cross-Polarization
Abstract
It is shown that the knowledge of the degree of coherence and of polarization is not adequate to determine correlations measured in the Hanbury Brown-Twiss experiment. A new statistical parameter, which we introduce, is also needed. © 2007 Optical Society of America.
