Title
Reduced-Aberration Tunable-Focus Liquid Crystal Lenses For 3D Displays
Abstract
A three-dimensional display with eye accommodation is proposed. According to this design, by modifying the diopter of the display pixels using tunable-focus liquid crystal micro-lens array, eye accommodation information is provided. Potential applications for virtual reality and television are emphasized. © 2007 SID.
