Title
Nonlinear Phase Noise In Polarization-Division-Multiplexed Dpsk Systems
Abstract
Nonlinear phase noise (NPN) in polarization-division-multiplexed DPSK systems is analyzed. It is found that the absolute NPN is inversely proportional to the square-root of channel spacing, while the differential NPN depends on the launch condition. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
