Reconfigurable All-Optical Logic Gates Based On Fwm In Semiconductor Optical Amplifier
Abstract
We have demonstrated reconfigurable all optical logic gates based on FWM in single SOA using polarization encoded signals. Six different logic functions can be realized by simply adjusting two polarization controllers in the setup. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
