An Optimum Block Adaptive Ica Algorithm With Individual Adaptation For Wireless Qam Receivers In Dynamic Environments
Abstract
This paper applies an Optimum Block Adaptive ICA algorithm with individual adaptation of the mixing matrix parameters (OBAI-ICA) to wireless receivers employing Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM). The algorithm is tested in dynamically changing channel conditions frequently encountered in practice. Simulation results show that this algorithm outperforms the Fast-ICA algorithm under these conditions. ©2006 IEEE.
