Tunable Mmi Splitter For Sensing Applications
Abstract
A tunable MMI splitter is demonstrated. The device can be easily tuned from a 90:10 to a 30:70 splitting ratio. This is extremely useful for integrated interferometric sensors to obtain the ultimate device performance. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
