Extreme Chirped Pulse Amplification Using Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers
Abstract
Implementing a method called "eXtreme Chirped Pulse Amplification", we demonstrate an all-semiconductor high power mode-locked semiconductor laser system generating ~1.4kW record peak power. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
