Coherence And Polarization Properties Of Electromagnetic Laser Modes
Abstract
It shows that each transverse electromagnetic mode in a rotationally symmetric laser resonator cavity is completely spatially coherent; and that its degree of polarization is the same at every point of the cavity mirrors. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
