Abstract
The hospitality industry has faced many challenges throughout the years in terms of managing, retaining, and motivating its people with the concept of organizational commitment being of primary interest. The findings of this study as set within the restaurant sector indicate that monetary incentives influence restaurant workers' degree committment to the organization but to a lesser degree than intrinsic factors. © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
