Title
The Assessment Of A Stable Radial Basis Function Method To Describe Optical Free-Form Surfaces
Abstract
This paper assesses a stable Radial Basis Function (RBF) method to describe optical free-form surfaces. The main contribution is the determination of the number of basis required to achieve an accuracy demanded by non-imaging, precision, and lithography optics. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
