A Frequency Stabilized Semiconductor Mode-Locked Laser With A Phase Modulator And An Intra-Cavity Etalon
Abstract
A semiconductor laser is mode-locked by phase modulation at one-half the free spectral range of an intra-cavity etalon. The optical comb-lines are locked to the transmission peaks of the etalon using a Pound-Drever-Hall scheme. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
