Observation Of Self-Trapping Of An Optical Beam In "Air-Bubble"-Type Nonlinear Nano-Suspensions
Abstract
We demonstrate self-trapping of light in both high-index and low-index nonlinear nano-suspensions. In particular, self-induced transparency up to four diffraction lengths is observed for the first time in colloidal suspensions with induced negative polarizability. © 2011 OSA.
