Title
Second-Harmonic Generation By Direct-Laser-Induced-Poling In A Femto-Photo-Luminescent Glass
Abstract
Femtosecond-direct-laser induced poling is demonstrated in a silver containing glass. The diffusion of the photo-induced species inside the irradiated area enables the creation of a permanent electric field, responsible of efficient second-harmonic generation. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
