Exploiting Optical Forces To Characterize Electromagnetic Fields
Abstract
We demonstrate the simultaneous measurement of different components of an optical field using a single near field scanning optical microscope (NSOM) probe. This opens the door to tomographic reconstruction of near field data. © 2011 Optical Society of America.
