Abstract
Supply Chain Management (SCM) has raised attention in recent years. Successful SCM depends on how well an organization deals with instabilities. The use of control theory can be be integrated into this process of Supply Chain Management. This paper presents a unique framework that includes the effective involvement of particle swarm optimization. A case study is presented.
