Super-Resolution Via Enhanced Evanescent Tunneling
Abstract
We propose the concept of enhanced evanescent tunneling. We show that this process can be used to probe both the amplitude and phase of the evanescent portion of the angular spectrum, thereby allowing target superresolution. © 2011 OSA.
