Direct Phase Detection Technique Using An Injection-Locked Vcsel
Abstract
A technique for direct detection of the phase of optical signals using an injection-locked VCSEL is presented. Conversion of the phase modulation to modulation of the voltage across the VCSEL is experimentally demonstrated. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
