Abstract
This paper discusses SAW OFC and CDMA coding approaches in passive SAWcorrelator multi-sensor receiver systems. OFC is well suited for demandingsensor system applications and a correlator receiver system will providemulti-sensor identification, good range, and diverse solutions for manyapplications, such as space, avionics health monitoring and others. Importantsystem and device parameters will be discussed for sensor system applications. A915 MHz SAW OFC system will be presented as an example of operationalparameters. © 2010 IEEE.
