Abstract
This paper presents a new approach to human errors analysis that can be utilized in man-machine and computer based systems. Systemic-Structural Activity Theory (SSAT) is the basis for this analysis. Principle of errors classification is considered from individual-psychological (sub-system level) and business organization (system level) prospective.
