An All-Diode Ultralow Noise 10 Ghz Frequency Comb And Mopa System With 0.39 W Output Power Based On Slab-Coupled Optical Waveguide Amplifiers
Abstract
A 0.39 W, 10 GHz MOPA system based on Slab-Coupled Optical Waveguide Amplifiers (SCOWAs) is presented. The output pulse-train timing jitter (~6 fs), amplitude noise (~0.03%) and spectral bandwidth exhibit no visible degradation. © OSA 2012.
