Abstract

In recent years, our colleges and universities have popularized the undergraduate tutorial system widely to improve the quality of undergraduate education. However, its effect is not ideal; one of the reasons is that the Tutorial System Implementation Effect evaluation system is not perfect. By using the Balanced Scorecard Model, the tutorial system for undergraduates will be established reasonably and comprehensive, which provides the basis for further improving the tutorial system for undergraduates. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
