Title
Frequency Stability Of A 10Ghz Optical Frequency Comb From A Semiconductor Based Mode-Locked Laser With An Intra-Cavity 10,000 Finesse Etalon
Abstract
An optical frequency comb from a semiconductor-based mode-locked laser with temperature-stabilized intra-cavity etalon held in a vacuum chamber is demonstrated to have <100 kHz variation over >12 minutes, and fractional deviation of 2×10-11 at 50 ms. © OSA 2013.
