Experimental Demonstration Of Non-Hermitian On-Chip Nonlinear Optical Isolators
Abstract
We report the experimental realization of a non-Hermitian optical isolator based on semiconductor nonlinear waveguide arrays. Such non-Hermitian isolators can in principle be integrated on the same semiconductor platform along with the laser source. © 2013 The Optical Society.
