Absolute Frequency Stability Measurements Of A Semiconductor-Based, Etalon-Stabilized 10 Ghz Optical Frequency Comb
Abstract
We present a semiconductor optical frequency comb stabilized to an intracavity, 104 Finesse etalon which is held in a vacuum chamber and temperature stabilized. The frequency instability is <90 kHz in >12 min of operation. © 2013 The Optical Society.
