3-D Flexible Glass Photonics
Abstract
We demonstrate monolithic fabrication of 3-D photonic structures on flexible substrates. Strain-optical coupling behavior of the flexible devices is quantified through in-situ optical measurements and is successfully accounted for using nanomechanical finite element analysis. © 2013 The Optical Society.
