Title
Trapping And Guiding Microparticles With Self-Accelerating Vortex Beams
Abstract
We demonstrate theoretically and experimentally that optical vortices can be navigated along arbitrary trajectories with a preserving donut-shaped main lobe. The possibility of using such self-accelerating vortex-Bessel-like optical beams for particle manipulation is also illustrated. © 2013 The Optical Society.
