Towards All Monolithic Stabilization Of High-Speed Modelocked Semiconductor Lasers
Abstract
We present an improved stabilization architecture of a novel orthogonally coupled monolithic colliding pulse modelocked laser by injection locking it to a hybridly modelocked high-Q external ring cavity with significant reduction of the phase noise.
