Title
Silicon On Lithium Niobate: A Hybrid Electro-Optical Platform For Near- And Mid-Infrared Photonics
Abstract
A thin layer of silicon is transferred onto a lithium niobate substrate, forming a hybrid electro-optical platform, on which ring resonators are fabricated and characterized at 1550 nm, showing an optical loss of 3.0±0.5 dB/cm. © 2014 OSA.
