Laser- And Filament-Induced Multi-Scale Surface Structures On Solid Target Materials
Abstract
Laser-induced filaments can ablate solid material at distances greater than that practicably achieved through linear optics. We observed multi-scale structures on metals, polymers, and ceramics from filaments and compared to those from short-focused laser pulses. © 2014 OSA.
