Drak-State Microring Lasers: Using Exceptional Points For Mode Management
Abstract
A semiconductor microring laser based on a dark state configuration is demonstrated. Single mode lasing is achieved by judiciously exploiting non-Hermitian exceptional points. © OSA 2015.
