Disorder Fingerprint - The Distribution Of Local Density Of States In Random Media
Abstract
We demonstrate the first direct measurement of the local density of states in random media. Our experiments and numerical calculations show that the long-tailed distributions manifest non-Gaussian behavior that depend on the type of disorder.
