Thermal Drawing Of High-Density In-Fiber Arrays Of Well- Ordered 5-Nm-Diameter Nanowires
Abstract
We present a method for fabricating high-density, well-ordered arrays of extended semiconducting nanowires through thermal fiber-drawing. We confirm that 5-nm-diameter continuous nanowires are stably produced through multiple fiber drawing steps.
