Evaluation Of Field Strength Distribution By Modified Edge Representation (Mer) In Compact Range Communication With Shadowing Objects

Abstract
The features of compact-range communication system is introduced briefly. The system in presence of a shadowing object is simply modelled. Modified Edge Representation is applied to evaluate field strength of the system. In the end, bit error rate (BER) is roughly estimated under the multipath-free condition.
