Flexible Waveguide-Integrated Photodetectors
Abstract
We demonstrated a flexible waveguide-integrated metal-semiconductor-metal photodetector with 0.5 A/W responsivity near 1550 nm wavelength. The device can withstand a small bending radius of 0.7 mm without optical performance degradation.
