Ten-Fold Enhancement In The Small Signal Modulation Of Differentially Pumped Coupled Quantum Well Lasers
Abstract
We unexpectedly found theoretically a 10-fold enhancement in the small signal modulation response of differentially pumped coupled quantum well lasers due to the existence of novel stable asymmetric phase-locked states under differential pumping.
