Stretchable Integrated Microphotonics
Abstract
We present recent development on integrated flexible and stretchable microphotonic devices. Key innovations are monolithic multi-material integration approaches and advanced micro-mechanical design strategies, enabling devices with extreme mechanical flexibility and excellent optical performance.
