Photon Pair Generation On A Silicon Chip Using Nanophotonic Periodically-Poled Lithium Niobate Waveguides
Abstract
We present a new class of photon pair sources on a silicon chip. The source is based on nanophotonic periodically poled lithium niobate waveguides and presents MHz rate pair generation.
