Demonstration Of Electrically Injected Parity-Time- Symmetric Microring Lasers
Abstract
Single-mode lasing is demonstrated in an electrically injected coupled microring arrangement at telecommunication wavelengths by exploiting the unique physics associated with parity-time-symmetry.
