Abstract
Technical prosthetics and orthotics are prior visions made material in the world. Predominantly, they replicate and magnify inherent human abilities. Such biomimetic propensities are applicable and evident in all everted human bodily systems. However, the brain is the most special of these, the elaboration of which has exerted and continues to exert the most profound impact upon the world around us.
