Abstract
This is the sign to La Terracita a paladar, or restaurant, located in Cojimar Cuba. This restaurant has multiple storries and from the 3rd floor extends a lookout tower from which one can see all of Cojimar, the sea, and out to Havana -the namesake of this restaurant. Paladar is a word from Portugeuse often used for such restaurants in Cuba. Some say this word originated from a telenovela many decades ago and is still used as such today.
