Abstract
This is a sign that read "HABLAR EN VOZ BAJA" which translates to speak quietly; literally translates as "(to) speak in (a) low voice". This is located in a waiting room on the top floor of the Masonic headquarters or el Gran Logia de Cuba in Havana. This waiting room is connected to the offices of many high officials in the lodge including the Grand Secretary etc.
