Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly disrupted the hospitality and tourism industry (Gursoy & Chi, [2]). Conclusion Customers' complaints about restaurants' safety violations and COVID-19 cases are positively correlated during the business reopening stage, suggesting that such violations have contributed to COVID-19 transmission.
