etextbook, textbook affordability, coup framework

This was a presentation for the 2022 Electronic Resources & Libraries Conference. Presentation abstract: Escalating textbook costs are of increasing concern to students, faculty, and administrators. We used the COUP (cost, outcomes, usage, perceptions) framework to analyze survey responses (149) and focus group feedback (8).
