This presentation was given for the Eurasian Academic Libraries Conference on October 2, 2020. The conference was to be held in Kazakhstan but was conducted virtually due to the pandemic. The session highlighted the reopening of the UCF Libraries and discusses the broad COVID-19 response on campus, spotlighting the 'new normal' of working and serving library patrons during the pandemic. Information is shared that may be useful to outside organizations in planning the reopening of their library spaces.
