    Howard Phillips Hall under construction; a Rinker cement mixer is in the foreground left. A construction worker watches as a crane reaises a large bucket of cement to the second story or the roof. Phillips Hall was originally known as the 'Classroom Building' (not to be confused with the current Classroom Building I on the North side of campus.) It was dedicated to Howard Phillips in 1981.
