A high angled view of Howard Phillips Hall under construction. The frame for all three stories is complete, and the walls have been put up for 2 stories. There is a large crane behind the building, and several cars can be seen in the foreground. There is a second print made from the same negative. Phillips Hall was originally known as the "Classroom building" (not to be confused with the current Classroom building I on the North side of campus.) It was dedicated to Howard Phillips in 1981. Phillips was a prominent Orlando Businessman and philanthropist, and the son of "Doctor Phillips", the former orange grove magnate.
