Communication Professor Tom Morgan, sitting between two TV cameras in the UCF TV studio. Professor Morgan was responsible for organizing the first radio & television courses at UCF in 1972. In addition to his experience in broadcasting, he was also Mayor of Oveido from 1979 to 1981.
