The CEBA building complex under construction. Construction has only started, and the concrete forms for the first floor are the only things existing. A few students are walking, and there is a van in the bottom right of the picture. Written on back "CEBA rises as the first building to face Pegasus Circle, future hub of the campus. The $7.3 million, 125,000 square foot phase I will house the College of Engineering with Business Administration to follow in phase II. UCF Report, 5/2/84, p. 4"
