The Pi Beta Phi house in UCF's Greek Park. The houses in "Greek Park" are privately owned and operated facilities on university property. This is by virtue of a legal document known as a sublease agreement. The houses are owned and operated by area alumni (House Corporations) of the organizations. Orange crop marks are retained on the photographic print.
